Sulphuric acid is an important chemical that is widely used in industrial production. Because of its highly corrosive and dangerous nature, certain operating procedures should be followed during the transport of sulphuric acid to ensure safety.
Detailed description
1. After the carbon steel tank has been formed, the tank is first tested for leakage (water pressure/air pressure).
2. Welding the steel wire mesh on the inside of the tank and the front and back end plate.
3. Modified polyethylene white granules are put into the tank at once according to the thickness of rotomoulding 16mm, and then rolled into shape.
4. After curing, use the spark meter and X-ray probe to detect.
5. Fix the partition plate inside the tank.
